Brad and Susie were great to work with. Both had an open line of communication and all questions were answered quickly. Once the job started Brad gave updates everyday on what the next step was and pool was completed on time. I would and have recommended Hackett pools to anyone looking for a pool.

Not enough great things to say about this company and the people who run it. Before finding this company I had consults with other "big name" companies and they refused to do my pool build because they said the easement would be too hard for them to get their equipment through. Thankfully I found Susie with Hackett Pool. She not only gave me a free consult (unlike the others) but many consults because I had so many questions. It's a big project and Hackett pools were wonderful with answering all questions and being supportive during the stressful build process. Not only does my pool look great now but the process was easy due to how engaged this company was. When choosing a pool builder I highly recommend choosing a company that care about people and their reputation. If something needed fixed or addressed they took care of it right away and I never felt ignored or like I was a bother. I could go on and on about how happy we are with our pool. I'm so glad we pulled the trigger and did it. My biggest take away is that if you were ever told your yard is too small for a pool etc. then contact Hackett Pools. They helped make our dream a reality because they were willing to go the extra mile.

They made putting in a fiberglass pool easy. They worked with us even through our all our changes along the way. They are a delight to work with and know what they are doing for a seamless install

Our pool shopping experience was pretty seamless. Susie came to our home, we looked at the area where we wanted to put the pool. She was very professional and presented all the packages to us. We even set up our financing through her recommendation and got a great rate!! Susie and Brad's team along with Kyle's Landscaping and the Fence Factory turned our back yard into a tropical paradise. They were timely and courteous and never left a mess after a hard days work. Everything was always cleaned up and ready for the next stage of construction. I can't believe we waited so long to put in a pool:) We love it so much and it is a haven for our family to enjoy for the rest of our lives!!!

Wonderful experience having my pool put in. I received constant communication, everything went smooth and was on time. Appreciated the help with ideas on landscaping and placement of my free standing hot tub by the pool. Brad and Susie were awesome!

Our pool just got finished and we are so pleased. We were very nervous about such a big investment but Hackett Pools did a great job from their very detailed 3D images/displays so we could visualize what our pool would look like and their payment schedule was accurate and the pool itself looks amazing. We really appreciate knowing exactly what our pool would cost in order to budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Hackett Pools and their professionalism.

My wife has wanted a pool for as long as I can remember, but our yard is small, located on a bluff, and has very difficult access.
