Weekly Maintenance Pool Service:

$100 weekly

Testing and treating water with chemicals for balancing, if needed.
Skim water.
Clean pool water line.
Run auto pool cleaner.
Vacuum, if needed.
Clean pump, skimmer, auto pool cleaner baskets.
Clean filters/backwash as needed.
Chlorine and Ph/ Alkalinity adjustment *chemicals are an additional charge.

Bi-Weekly Maintenance Pool Service:

$150 weekly

Testing and treating water with chemicals for balancing, if needed.
Skim water.
Clean pool water line.
Run auto pool cleaner.
Vacuum, if needed.
Clean pump, skimmer, auto pool cleaner baskets.
Clean filters/backwash as needed.
Chlorine and Ph/ Alkalinity adjustment *chemicals are an additional charge.

Pool Opening

$390

Remove pool cover.
Removal of plugs.
Test water chemistry.
Clean pool water line.
Install inlet fittings, ladders, handrails.
De-winterize equipment.
Skim water.
Run automatic pool cleaner.
Startup pool equipment.
Treat water with necessary chemicals.

*Chemicals added are an additional charge.

Pool Closing

$390

Clear water from plumbing lines.
Treat plumbing lines with pool grade antifreeze, if needed.
Drop pool water level.
Install plugs.
Clean filters.
Add winterizing chemicals to pool water.
Install safety cover for the winter.

*Winterizing chemicals added to pool water for an additional charge.

Pool Opening System Only:

$320

Same as regular pool opening above, but customer removes their own cover and installs handrails and ladders.

Pool Closing System Only:

$320

Same as regular pool closing, but customer will install safety cover and remove handrails and ladders.

To ensure a quick install:

*Customer must raise water level before opening (middle of the skimmer).
*Customer must remove water and debris from cover before opening.
*Additional charge of $125 to remove water and debris from cover, and to raise water level.

Opening Water Features:

Detached spas: $250
Waterfalls: $125
Bubblers and deck jets: $30/each
Laminar deck jets: $50/each
